RT9073是具有使能控制功能的低壓差線性穩壓器，可在1.2V~5.5V輸入電壓下工作，輸出高達250mA的電流，具有可低功耗操作的微型化封裝。
其低功耗特性表現在其靜態電流低達1µA，禁止狀態下的電流消耗幾乎為零，是電池供電的長壽命應用的理想選擇。在其1.2V~5.5V寬闊的輸入電壓範圍內和完整的負載能力範圍內 (0mA~250mA)，RT9073都可以和陶瓷輸出電容配合實現穩定工作。
